Description:
The Oxford EQ plug-in is based on the OXF-R3 EQ section and provides a truly professional EQ processor for the VST and MAS user. It is a fully functional 5-band application with selectable shelf settings on LF and HF sections. Additionally, separate variable slope low pass and high pass filters are provided. The EQ also features 4 different selectable EQ types that cover most of the EQ styles currently popular amongst professional users, including some legacy styles, which are renowned for their artistic capability. The use of novel coefficient generation and intelligent processing design provides unparalleled performance that surpasses analog EQ in both sound quality and artistic freedom. Features ? The acclaimed EQ from the Sony OXF-R3 console 5 Band parametric EQ with HF and LF selectable to shelf Separate HF and LF filters with variable slope 4 selectable EQ types (gain/Q dependency) Fully de-cramped HF response Control coefficients calculated on the fly Extremely low noise and distortion Specifications ? LF filter section: Gain: 6dB/Oct steps, Frequency: 20Hz-500Hz, Q/Slope: 0-36dB/Oct LF peak/shelf section: Gain: +/-20dB, Frequency: 20Hz-400Hz, Q/Slope: 0.5-16, Overshoot: 0-50% (Q adjust in shelf) LMF section: Gain: +/-20dB, Frequency: 30Hz-600Hz, Q/Slope: 0.5-16 MF section: Gain: +/-20dB, Frequency: 100Hz-6kHz, Q/Slope: 0.5-16 HMF section: Gain: +/-20dB, Frequency: 900Hz-18kHz, Q/Slope: 0.5-16 HF peak/shelf section: Gain: +/-20dB, Frequency: 2kHz-20kHz; Q/Slope: 0.5dB-16; Overshoot: 0-50% (Q adjust in shelf) HF filter section: 6dB/Oct steps, Frequency: 1kHz-20kHz, Q/Slope: 0-36dB/Oct Total dynamic range: Greater than 138dB (RMS unweighted) for any single section, including filters, excluding excess noise produced by the EQ applying gain to a 24bit dithered but silent input, or cascaded EQ applying gain to previous sections. Harmonic distortion: Undetecable using FFT analysis down to -160dBr Control induced noise: Less than -95dBr (peak) during adjustment of any single control
